Certification and clinical and front-office skills, named the way the clinic's posting names them. These are the terms recruiters search the ATS for, written the way postings write them.

How to use them
- Use the posting's exact wording. If it says a term one way, write it that way at least once.
- List the license with type, state and status: "Registered Nurse (RN), Illinois, active"
- Put every certification in a Certifications section with its full name and acronym
- Name the unit, patient ratio and EHR in each role
- Only list what is true for you. A keyword you can't back up in an interview costs more than it gains.
