The license and its class come first, then code knowledge, systems and safety. These are the terms recruiters search the ATS for, written the way postings write them.

How to use them
- Use the posting's exact wording. If it says a term one way, write it that way at least once.
- List each license with its class and state: "CDL Class A, Illinois, with Hazmat endorsement"
- Name the machines and controls you ran, not only "operated equipment"
- Include apprenticeship hours and safety record if the posting asks
- Only list what is true for you. A keyword you can't back up in an interview costs more than it gains.
