How to use them
- Use the posting's exact wording. If it says a term one way, write it that way at least once.
- Name the HRIS and modules you ran: "Workday HCM, Recruiting and Absence"
- Give the scale: employees supported, requisitions filled, orders or SKUs managed
- Spell out compliance areas the posting names rather than writing "HR compliance"
- Only list what is true for you. A keyword you can't back up in an interview costs more than it gains.
